How many photos can I add to my listing?

Our standard MLS listing comes with 25 photos, however, you can boost your photos and add 25 more plus a virtual tour. The more photos you upload, the better! Photos help homes sell.

What is the Multiple Listing Service (MLS)?

The MLS (Multiple Listing Service) is a computerized database which enables realtors to display real property listing information, so that cooperating brokers, as well as the public, can view and evaluate listings.

What is the MLS Listing Length?

Your property will remain visible on your local MLS for six months or until your home sells (whichever comes first).

Whose Phone Number is on the MLS?

Your contact information will be visible on the MLS listing. However, only agents with access to the MLS and will be able to see that contact information. Agents who see your house on the MLS will have your contact information and can contact you directly.

Can I List My Rental Property On The MLS?

Yes you can list rentals and commercial property.  Same charges apply.

Can I Get More Help from the Agent? 

Yes you can add our Broker consulting package for $495 and have 20 years of experience on your side.

How Soon Will My Listing Appear on the MLS After I Sign Up? 

Your listing will appear 24 to 48 hours after we receive your welcome package back.

What if I Find a Buyer Myself? Do I pay any commissions? 

If you or YOURFSBOMLS.COM helps you find a buyer you pay no commission.

Whose phone number shows up with my listing at Realtor.com and Zillow?

Your information will be on all advertisements.

What commission rate do I need to offer a Buyers Agent if I list with the Flat Fee MLS Broker? 

You decide between 2-3%  2.5% and 3% will get you the most buyers to your home. Remember you do not have to accept their offer.

What happens when my Flat Fee MLS Listing expires?

You can always extend anther 6 months for $395.

What if we later decide we want to list our house with a Full-Service Agent? 

We have partnered with a full service Real Estate broker who will discount your listing for you.

What if I need to cancel? Is there a cancelation fee?

You can cancel anytime with no fee.

Is YOURFSBOMLS.COM a local company and can we meet face to face?

Yes we are local So Cal company and are located in Huntington Beach. We will meet with you anytime it is needed at your home.
